Below is a list of the most common questions that we get asked. If the question you have is not listed below, please email us at info@ticketsqueeze.com and we will be happy to answer.

Is Ticket Squeeze a secure website?

Yes. Ticket Squeeze is a safe and secure website. Ticket Squeeze has a highly rated SSL certificate that ensures all data sent and received from Ticket Squeeze is encrypted, ensuring your payment details and entire visit are safe and secure.
The Ticket Squeeze checkout system boasts the latest in fraud protection technology and utilises a completely PCI (Payment Card Industry) Compliant checkout that has security tests daily using McAfee Secure.

I have purchased more than one ticket, are they next to each other?

Absolutely! All tickets listed on Ticket Squeeze are side-by-side, making our system perfect for buying group tickets for friends and family.
Only in exceptional circumstances are tickets not together. If this is the case the tickets will be clearly marked not side-by-side.

What happens if my event is cancelled?

It's rare but unfortunately sometimes events do get cancelled. In the event that your event is cancelled, you will be entitled to a full refund - minus shipping. Refunds will be made to the credit card you used to purchase the tickets.
The ticket seller will be listed on your tickets and if you require any further information about the refund or cancelled event, please contact them directly.

What happens if my event is postponed?

The tickets you have purchased will be automatically valid for the new event date. You do not need to do anything.
Note that event postponement does not automatically entitle you to a refund. If you are unable to attend the new event date, you will need to contact the ticket seller listed on your ticket to negotiate a refund.

Will my tickets arrive in time for the event?

Absolutely! Any ticket listed for sale on Ticket Squeeze will arrive on time for the event.
In most cases the last minute tickets listed on Ticket Squeeze will be e-tickets which can be downloaded almost instantly, or Will Call tickets that require local collection.

Can I track my ticket delivery?

If you have purchased tickets that are to be delivered to you, you will recieve an email with a FedEx tracking code.
You can enter this tracking code on the FedEx website to see the status and whereabouts of your order.

Do you charge a service fee?

A service fee is an integral park of all ticket transactions and helps us cover the website operation. Everything from checkout security, customer support and vital ticket software maintenance is paid for from the service fee.
The Ticket Squeeze service fee is one of the lowest in the ticketing industry. We believe that by saving you money on your ticket purchase we will encourage repeat customers which in turn helps us to maintain our extremely low fees.
Some ticket websites include the service fee into the ticket prices which makes it impossible to know exactly how much of a service fee you are paying. In full price transparency have decided to separate the service fee from the ticket price and we display this small fee for you at checkout.
