It's rare but unfortunately sometimes events do get cancelled. In the event that your event is cancelled, you will be entitled to a full refund - minus shipping. Refunds will be made to the credit card you used to purchase the tickets.
The ticket seller will be listed on your tickets and if you require any further information about the refund or cancelled event, please contact them directly.
The tickets you have purchased will be automatically valid for the new event date. You do not need to do anything.
Note that event postponement does not automatically entitle you to a refund. If you are unable to attend the new event date, you will need to contact the ticket seller listed on your ticket to negotiate a refund.

Only in exceptional circumstances are tickets not together. If this is the case the tickets will be clearly marked not side-by-side.
