Friday - 07:30 pm - CCNB Amphitheatre at Heritage Park - Simpsonville, SC
Heritage Park Amp, known also as CCNB Amp at Heritage Park, is a community focused venue that is dedicated towards bringing music to South Carolina in a big bold way. The venue’s role in the community has been to keep music close to the heart of the growing community while also serving that community with local themed events and special festivals. This includes an annual 4th of July Fireworks celebration as well as a huge variety of concerts coming to the stage every month of every year.
When the venue was designed, the goal was to give back to Simpsonville in a big way. The designers wanted to create a lasting legacy that would provide something positive to the community that would last for years. And their solution was to create Heritage Park Amp.
While the venue always stood out for its style and size, it truly came into prominence when the owners formed a partnership with CCNB, a bank that came to the community of Simpsonville not too long ago. This partnership led to more concession stands, better amenities, and a whole host of features that pushed Heritage Park up and over into the spotlight.
In fact, lifelong residents have said that CCNB’s move to the venue allowed the bank to diversify its customer base while its investments have helped add business and industry to Simpsonville. But what surprised many was when the venue partnered up with the world-famous entertainment company LiveNation. The powerhouse company has made this venue one of the absolute best around with its combination of high-quality amenities, top-billing guests, and more!
For many music lovers, it’s a match made in heaven that has allowed for some of the best entertainment around!
Ever since its founding and opening to the public, Heritage Park Amp has become one of South Carolina’s most important outdoor venues. It’s massive space appeals to bands and musicians with larger followings and its community focus also appeals to the locals and the rapidly growing neighborhoods surrounding Simpsonville.
And there’s something about this spirit that has welcomed some of the big names in music to their stage. In fact, some even say that there’s no better stage to enjoy some of the most award-winningest musicians in America.
Here’s a small list of the musicians who have taken up the stage.
The frequent visits by award-winning artists have elevated the outdoor venue to a premiere entertainment spot. And it certainly helps that it has a convenient location in the heart of Upstate South Carolina. You can find the venue along the I-85 corridor between Atlanta and Charlotte. And no matter when you stop by, you’re never far away from an incredible live music event.

Heritage Park Amp is a massive outdoor venue that is designed around a baseball diamond formation. This means that every seat in the house is carefully arranged to have clear and sharp sightlines to the stage, while also using the best in acoustics technologies to make sure that the sounds are clean at all seating levels. The venue has room for 15,000 guests for most events across multiple seating sections, with accessibility considerations at all levels.
Seating Space Areas
But which seating area is right for you?
If you want to get up close and personal with the show, then you might consider the general admission pit area right in front of the stage. This is ideal for anyone who wants to get in close to the action or who wants to dance, jump, and shout where the band can see you.
Right behind the pit area is the reserved seating area. The seats are often arranged in folding seat or bleacher formations depending on the needs of the visiting performer. This area is ideal if you want to stay close to the action but want a little bit of elbow room for relaxation and comfort. And is definitely one of the more popular options.
Behind that and directly to stage left is the VIP area which has the clearest view of the stage and the most comfortable seating. These box seats also come with all the amenities that you could expect from such seating arrangements.
Then surrounding that, you have the massive lawn space where guests can sit and enjoy the show with their friends. This is the best way to enjoy the show, especially if you want space to enjoy snacks and drinks purchased from the concession stands around the venue.
