XFINITY THEATRE RULES

Xfinity Theatre operates a bag policy to reduce staff contact with guests’ belongings. Only clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” and/or small clutch bags (4.5”x 6.5”) are allowed.

Xfinity Theatre is a cashless venue. All points of sale will only accept credit or debit card. Staff can exchange cash for card, using an interest-free service that is available on-site at the Guest Services Booth in the lobby.

Outside food and drinks are not allowed, other than one sealed water bottle and one clear gallon-sized bag for snacks.

XFINITY THEATRE SEATING CHART

One of the largest amphitheaters in the country, Xfinity Theatre seats both indoor and outdoor concerts, depending on the season. All outdoor events at Xfinity Theatre are rain or shine. Accessible and companion seating are available for disabled patrons.

Parking information

Xfinity Theatre provides free on-site parking for up to 1000 vehicles, opening at 6pm. It is recommended to arrive as lose to 6pm as possible, in order to guarantee a spot. VIP parking is available to be purchased before the event. Traffic on show days is heavy and carpooling is highly recommended.

Public Transit

A limited public transport service to the area of Hartford surrounding Xfinity Theatre is provided by CT Transit. Their schedule can be found via cttransit.com and should be checked in advance.
