Gesa Stadium Venue Information

Gesa Stadium is situated at 6200 Burden Boulevard, Pasco, WA 99301, within the Pasco Sporting Complex. The facility opened in 1995 under the name Tri-City Stadium and initially hosted the independent Tri-City Posse. Following the Posse’s departure after the 2000 season, the Portland Rockies of the Northwest League relocated and became the Tri-City Dust Devils in 2001. The stadium was renamed Dust Devils Stadium in 2004 and received its current name in 2008 after Gesa Credit Union secured naming rights.

The playing field features natural grass with dimensions of 335 feet to left field, 400 feet to center field, and 335 feet to right field. An unconventional southern orientation provides scenic views of the Horse Heaven Hills and the Kennewick area. A 137-foot sunshade, installed in 2007 behind the right-field stands, protects spectators from late-afternoon sun glare.

Recent investments exceeding $3 million have addressed Major League Baseball facility standards. Upgrades include expanded clubhouses, improved player training and nutrition areas, enhanced lighting, new safety netting, updated outfield fencing, a modern video board, improved sound and surveillance systems, and additional amenities such as enclosed batting cages.

What to expect at Gesa Stadium

Attendees at Gesa Stadium encounter a classic Minor League Baseball atmosphere characterized by close proximity to the field and community engagement. The desert climate of the Tri-Cities region contributes to warm evenings, moderated by the sunshade and evening breezes. Games typically feature traditional elements such as between-inning promotions, mascot appearances (including Dusty the mascot), and occasional post-game fireworks.

Concessions offer standard ballpark items including hot dogs, nachos, peanuts, garlic fries, crispy chicken sandwiches, and loaded tater tots. Regional craft beer selections are available for patrons 21 years and older. Erik the Peanut Guy provides complimentary peanuts and Cracker Jacks along the stands. The concourse includes notable displays, such as life-size bobbleheads of notable alumni including Russell Wilson.

The stadium’s intimate scale fosters direct interaction between players and fans. Sunsets over the Horse Heaven Hills frequently enhance the visual appeal, particularly during summer evening games.

Seating Chart

Gesa Stadium features a compact seating bowl that extends slightly beyond the infield on both sides. Seating is divided into reserved sections and a general admission area.

Main Seating Bowl

The main seating bowl comprises the primary reserved seating sections, featuring chairback seats along the baselines and behind home plate. These assigned positions offer excellent proximity to the field, with sections extending from behind home plate down the first-base and third-base lines. Lower rows provide immersive views of the action, while higher rows in the bowl deliver slightly elevated perspectives. The bowl design ensures unobstructed sightlines to the diamond, infield, and outfield, making it the core option for fans seeking comfort and consistent viewing.

General Admission (Third-Base Side)

General admission seating is located in the bleacher section on the third-base side of the field. This area features metal bleachers without assigned seats, allowing attendees to select available spots upon entry on a first-come, first-served basis. Positioned along the third-base line, it offers solid views of the infield and right field, with a more casual, open feel. This section is typically more affordable and popular for groups or fans preferring flexibility over assigned seating.

Dusty’s Deck

Dusty's Deck is a premium patio-style area located down the first-base line, accommodating up to approximately 200 guests. This space provides an elevated, open-air viewing platform with standing-room and casual seating options, allowing patrons to watch the game from the deck throughout or move to assigned seats in the adjacent upper box section once the game begins. It offers a great vantage point over the field, particularly toward the infield and outfield, with enhanced social amenities suitable for groups, corporate outings, or special occasions.

Premium Views

Premium views encompass upgraded seating options that provide enhanced perspectives and comfort. These include select reserved seats in prime bowl locations (such as behind home plate or lower baseline rows) for the best overall sightlines, as well as access to Dusty's Deck or similar elevated areas. Premium tickets often feature closer proximity to the action, improved angles for following plays, and additional perks depending on the package, making them ideal for those prioritizing optimal visibility and an elevated experience.

VIP Packages

VIP or premium experiences may be available through group packages, suite rentals (when offered), or special event add-ons. These packages often include priority seating, access to enhanced amenities, or hospitality services.
